lovely central hotel
thermal pool friendly staff
i enjoyed the thermal swimming pool and onsite parking a lot. the staff were very friendly and i feel very welcome. the breakfast was also awesome, i was happy i found such a nice hotel at a reasonable price.
i found one receptionist very rude and offensive, a problem. she cancelled my reservation, and this made my son send her a warning letter.

the hotel is just a few minutes walk from the town centre. its location is excellent if you want to see the castle and other excursions. plus its next to marina for various boat tours.

staff members were very polite and kind at the reception. this time i meet sara and stefania, both very helpful. i appreciate they were ready to help if needed, i had a perfect experience.

the rooms are good and clean, i liked the lake view from the balcony. my room includes a plentiful supply of towels and toiletries, that was useful. the room was spotlessly clean.

the outdoor thermal pool is warm even in october. the pool is located in a lovely garden area with fabulous lake view. there is plenty of car parking and it is easily accessible.

the location was perfect near the historic center. the thermal pool offered super views of distant mountains.
paying extra for outside parking felt somewhat unacceptable.

generator noise terrible smell
location was fine, close to the old town entrance and a short walk to bars. the garden has a direct access to the lake.
the room i got faced the emergency generators, and it was really noisy. i could not opened the window because of the noise and the mosquitoes. plus, the room smelled of tabaco and it was terrible.
